The terms for using your Elysona workspace and Sona.

1. Using Elysona

Elysona provides a personal workspace for organizing information and using an AI assistant. Some capabilities require configured third-party services and a connection to your own account. Use an email address you control and keep your password secure.

2. Your content and your decisions

You keep your rights to the content you provide. You authorize the processing needed to store that content and perform the actions you request. You are responsible for having permission to share information and for reviewing recipients, text, dates, and other details before approving external actions.

3. AI and planning limitations

Sona can make mistakes. Check important facts, source links, and suggested plans. Weekly planning fits tasks around known events and your selected capacity, but cannot guarantee that every deadline can be met. Elysona does not replace qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

4. External services

Google Gemini, Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and the isolated browser, and other providers operate under their own terms and availability. An interrupted external action may have an uncertain result. Check the destination service before retrying it to avoid duplicate emails or events. Disconnecting a service does not reverse actions already completed there.

5. Responsible use

Use Elysona lawfully. Do not access another person’s account, distribute malicious content, send unsolicited bulk messages, interfere with the service, or bypass access controls and rate limits.

6. Accounts and availability

You can export your content and delete your account in Settings. Guest access depends on your browser session. Service availability and features may change, and access may be limited to protect the service or respond to abuse. Keep copies of information that is important to you.

7. Brand and privacy

The Elysona name, Sona character, and original visual identity belong to their respective owner. Use of the service does not grant rights to imply an affiliation or endorsement. The Privacy Notice explains how account data, workspace content, and optional connections are handled.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service develops. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update is subject to the updated terms.
